i bought a 1991 honda civic shell and i left the pinkslip on my shelf and mom cleaned my room now its missing wat do i do from here??

 

Call the DMV and ask them.

They have you file a lost title form.

 

losing titles are a bitch in a half, but do what he said its the only way ^

was the title in your name yet tho? if not there is another mountain of sh*t you are gonna have to climb at the dmv

 

Well i dono About it in cali, but here in jersey theres 2 options you can take to get a new title. A. Find the person you got the car from, have them go with you or by themselves to the DMV with a Registration or insurance card with there name on it from that car, and they can get a new title. OR

You would have to File for a Salvage title, which could take upwards of 6 months to get a new title ( what they do is try and track down the last registered owner of the car )

Lost title, not in your name, not good.
Needs original signatures, original drivers license numbers, and all the info needs to match up with the DMV computers.
