The only way to check to see if the rings are bad is to put a little amout of oil in the cylinder before doing the commpression test. This is called a wet test. The oil helps to seal the rings. If the numbers increase then you have bad rings/scrached cylinders but if they stay the same (low) then there is a posibility of a bent/burned valve or a bad head gasket. Be sure to do the test when the engine is warm and press down on the throttle and clutch while cranking, don't forget to unplug the fuel pump fuse. My car burns about a quart between changes but I run synthetic.

It is highly unlikely you have 4 bad rings. 210 across the board sounds like good numbers so I would say your rings are fine. If you are using a lot of oil, perhaps you have a leak somewhere. Check the oil sender above the plug. Mine was dripping for a while, I had to tighten it.

unless you leakdown you won't know ... sounds liek compression rings are fine but oil ring could be bad, or maybe valveseals well, only 1 way to find out.

Yep, leakdown test. Won't know until that is done.

How do you know that your actually 'burning' oil? A leakdown test isn't gonna get you anywhere - all it does is tell you exactly where air pressure is leaking out of the cylinder. It's not gonna tell you if your valvestem seals are bad, or if you have a leaky oil pan gasket, etc etc. With those compression numbers, the piston rings are the last things I'd be worrying about...
