Default Hybrid CRX problems

I already posted this in the CRX/EF civic forum but i figured i would probably be able to get more help here!

I just finished my friends B16A swap into his 88 CRX DX and there are a few problems. The main problem is the driver side hub and suspension jitter back and forth as the axle turns. Today we replaced the axle thinking that maybe it was bent but when we put the new one in it did the exact same thing. I was wondering if it was possible that we could have somehow bent the hub or something of that nature. Could the intermediate shaft be messed up? I didn't really think that it would be the intermediate shaft because it turns smoothly, it's only when we plug the axle into the hub and intermediate shaft that it gets bad. It also seems to go away or be less noticeable when the car turns left. The other minor problem is sometimes at idle and while he's driving the engine seems to stumble like it is running a little rich or lean. I've swapped MAP sensors several times and it they all react the same. I have also set the TPS to 0.5 volts at idle. Anyone have any clues about these two problems. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!! Also i am using Hasport mounts.
