Default is this Husky Torque Wrench precise for internal torquing ?

yeah i wanted to know if this Husky Torque Wrench 39103 is a good and precise torque wrench for torquing down internals of a block, head ect?

i dont see why it wouldnt. Arent most brand name torque wrenches the same?

it should work fine. all new decent brand name torque wrenches are factory calibrated so it should be good to go right out of the box.
