Default ARP Bolts worth it?

Finally installing my B16 transmission & ofcourse while it's out it well get a new clutch. Looking into action clutch (1md).
Anyway is it really worth getting arp flywheel/pp bolts? Should I just use the used oem ones? I'll be using a 8lb fidanza flyhweel.

The only place I substitute ARP stuff is where OEM stuff is one time use only. Head studs, main studs, etc. since ARP studs and bolts are reusable.

FYI; I blue loctite my flywheel bolts for peace of mind.

So your saying the OEM flywheel & PP bolts will suffice for around 200whp on a 4puck/6puck unsprung clutch? If using locktite, will it change the torque reading while tightning them down?

Yes... OEM will be fine for your application. I torque to spec. with Loctite and yes Loctite will effect the bolt torque, not much to be worried about IMHO.

To compensate, should I just torque it down a little more?

Just torque down to stock spec. You're actually putting more strain on the bolt using a lubricant for a given torque.
