Default Hurst shifter for GSR....any thoughts??

Does anyone have a hurst short shifter or know of anyone who has one? I would like to know if its up to par with some of the other big names like skunk, b& m ,etc.
Let me know what you think about it.

I had one on my 65 Mustang and it worked good. They have been around probably longer than Honda has, so I think it would be safe to say the quality is there.

I just don't like the way they're shaped. If I'm right, the shifter is a flat bar type instead of the usual round bar.

The hurst does have the traditional flat sides instead of being round, like all other ss's. Aside from the physical appearance of the shifter, i'm wondering about
functionality.

Of course, if you have a shift boot, you won't notice the shape of the shifter.

The Hurst short throw is the same CNC machined aircraft grade billet aluminum material as B&M, DC, or any other short-throw. I would say the quality is outstanding and it has been rated 4 out of 5 stars many of times. The only difference you will find in a hurst is the untraditional angled back design it has. You may find that discomforting, but im sure you would get used to it.
