How will a hydro-to-cable converted tranny hold a stage 3 clutch?

How will a hydro-to-cable converted tranny hold a stage 3 clutch?
Subject tells all. Will it stretch my clutch cable and if so, does anywhere sell a thicker/stronger cable? I searched around but there are so many threads it would have taken me hours to find out what I need to know.
