I replacing my girls 98 civic auto tranny over the weekend when it came time to put the mounts on the new tranny, there was no mount studs to mount it!! On the old tranny, I still have those studs, but the new (used ones) are gone and only the holes remain.

How do you take the studs out?? I've tried using two nuts on them, tighten them really tight together and try to take it out, but only the nuts move, not the stud. I am at a loss, surely there has to be a better way to do this? HELP! TIA

lol already tried that on the tranny and my girl still no luck. vice grips maybe, but I actually ordered the studs at Honda yesturday so I will be putting new ones on.

Thanks anyways guys, gotta get a set of vices soon though.
