Ive searched and from the pics i see the ECU harness looks different from what i have on my OBD2 harness compared to an OBD1 harness. HOw do i take the pins out on a OBD2 ECU harness? Im trying to rewire the knock sensor

 

does the paper clip trick work on obd2 harnesses?

 

it should have a white clip holding all the pin in the plug.

you have to pop out that white clip with a flat head screwdriver or something simular. then adjust from there.

i would post up a picture but my computer is all funky.

 

Nice...thanks man. Could you be more specific though. I was really bending the crap outta that white clip.

 

i use a safety pin. Or you can buy a pin extractor
