I heard someone talking about a ported and polished intake manifold? How is this done and what does it do? Better air flow or something?

The easiest way to have this done is to have it extrude honed... Under high pressure a silcone solution is pumped through the intake manifold and down through the runners... It basically works like a liquid sandblast... Unless you are building a pretty built motor I wouldn't worry about it... For the price the gains are not worth it... Latez
