what should i pay for a distributer* for an 92 civic si? the only one i saw for sale was $250 I was thinking around $50 or less let me know.

mt cars problem is

my tach starts to jump around and the car sputters plus i hear a strage rubing sound this happens only once and a while and I think that it is the distributer any one have an other idea?

I bought a cap for my 99 si from the dealer and it was only about $20. i think you're gettin ripped.

dont know about the US but a complete distributor for my car shipped from japan is around $150

 

If the motor is a D16Z6 my friend has one he might sell. Ready to do swap and don't need anymore.

 

yea i also need an entire new distributor for my rex with a 91 LS engine... i couldnt pass the timing test when i went to get smogged.. they said i need a new one... anyways, where are some good places online to buy a distributor? thanks
