Default how much HP gain

How much HP gain (rough est) if I replaced the following:

intake manifold
68mm throttle body
valve springs & retainers
cams (stage1) & camgear

B16A engine?

Depends on if you get it tuned. Otherwise not much I think. B16A are pretty gutless.

yeah i'll have it street tuned after. just want to know if i'll get like for example 5hp gain or something like that

with the above mentioned mods, I would guess 22-25whp gain peak, although its hard to say because you didnt tell us which cams ur using... stage 1 doesnt really mean anything.

15 peak wheel hp.

i think you would of gained more by going b20vtec because of the low end

Its going to be up to the tuner to extract the extra horsepower.... simply bolting on these mods will only yeild a modest gain up top, and probably rob all of your low to midrange, which is non-existant anyway on that small displacement b16.

I say 150whp.....maximum. so, a stock B16 dyno numbers about 135-145whp. so.....anywhere between 15 hp, to about 5hp gains...

If the tuner knows what he is doing, expect on the higher range of this speculation. with cams and a larger TB/Intake manifold I would expect at least 10-15whp gains. I assume you are upgrading the exhaust as well?
