This is really getting old now. We are having highs of 60-70s now and my car never warms up. Every stop light the same thing, idles at 1100 to get the damn car warmed up. Went on a 30min drive last night, the water temp gauge did not even get past the first line. When I got home I put my hand on the intake and it was bone cold. Bare in mind that I have an aftermarket front bumper which lets in alot more air, and a cold air feed for the SR Intake.
The Car is not running like usual and my gas mileage is terrible.
Help!

 

your thermostat is probably stuck open, change it for a new one, see if that eliminates the problem

I would definately agree that it's the thermostat or something other than just cold air. Cold air would actually be good for the motor.
