Default how to lighten fan load. read...

So i figured out why I would stall out when I come to a stop. I replaced the IACV, tps, thermostat/sensor, flushed coolant. Its an LS/Vtec tuned w/ Crome. Stage 2 cams, 440cc inj...etc. ask for more mods if needed. Anyway, whenever my fans want to come on, it takes so much load away it drops my rpm's until the point the motor shuts down. I dyno tuned and street tuned and programmed my ECU using Crome as extensively as possible, and even though I dont stall at every stop anymore, the RPMs still drop very noticably and will only occasionally stall the motor.
So my question... how to i reduce the load going to my fans. i know s300 has a range setting for electrical load, but Crome does not. Can i simply replace a bigger relay? i understand stock is 10 amps for fans.
open to suggestions, thank you!

So the electrical load is so large it can stall the engine? A bigger relay isn't going to fix that. Either the fan motors are drawing too much current (unlikely if the 10 amp fuse isn't blowing) or the ECU isn't boosting the idle a bit to compensate for the added electrical load, or the battery/alternator system isn't quite right. (nearly dead battery and/or insufficient alternator output)

bump, im still having the problem. just replaced the battery with a yellow top, tested the alternator and its fine.
ive dyno tuned and street tuned both numberous times.
how else can i reduce the draw to the fans??
is there an electrical compenent/factor i am over-looking??

would it be possible that the alternator makes power to pass a test, but not sufficient power to run the car?

the alternator had never been touched during my rebuild, straight from factory.

could a bad tps cause a problem like this??

usually, when electrical motors are on the way out.... they draw massive amps.

maybe your fan is on the way out?

if that isnt the case, try hardwiring the fan ON, then tune the car for that condition.

^^hardwire the van directly to 12V with a switch to turn it on and off. then just tune with it on to get the idle right. when driving the car turn the fan on as soon as the car gets warm (dont forget!!)

the eld(electric load detector) going bad can cause this.
its underneath the fusebox on the passenger side of the engine bay.
