Default How to lean out VAFC

How do you adjust a vafc 1 to make the car run leaner?

right now the air fuel gauge is barried in the rich and i need to lean it out for smog test

TIA lost my manual.

It all depend on what your setup is. You usually set the point where you would like to pull or add fuel. Then start taking gas out by subtractring the values or increasing by giving it more.

my set up is a b16a with ctr internals vafc i/h/e and mugen program ecu and it run so rich even at idle the gauge is all the way in the green rich side

And unless the A/F gauge you're referring to is fed by a wide-band O2 sensor, I definitely would <u>not</u> suggest using it as a tuning tool.
