How to install Type R Seats

I have a Vigor and I want to install Type R seats (front).
What is the best/safest way?
Drill new holes?

Get rails that match your factory holes and the type R seats.

I don't think those kind of rails exist.
If I can't find them what else can I do?

Sell the seats and purchase ones with rails for your chasis.

That is the only SAFE thing to do. Or...drill holes in the floor of the car and mount using a Grade A nut and bolt.
