how to identify crower cams

i need help indentifying some cams it's a high possibilty that they could be crower cams but i could be wrong. by the distributor slot the # 121 is engraved.

from my expeince with crower cams they always engrave the part numbers on the distrubutor side of the cams.

#121 is not one of thier part numbers unless its a custom grind of some kind.
