how to get more torque?
what are some tricks to getting more low end torque? i'm talking about in general... not just for Honda engines. but if you guys know how for hondas.. that'll be sweet too.

i love vtec but its not really low end torque, it usually comes at like 4500+.

True, but the turbo has to be on the small side so it can start to spin early.

Turbo IS a replacement for displacement in that aspect. That you can turbo a V8 doesn't change this fact.
How do you get a pipe to flow more water? You increase the pressure or you increase the diameter of the pipe. Just because you can do both doesn't mean that doing only one will not work.

Torque is a function of HP and RPMS or something like that.
That said, you need HP down low in the RPMs to produce the torque you're looking for:
- increase displacement
- supercharger
- get a mustang...
