Alexander Grahm Bell invented the Telephone, and Vtech phones have been around since around 1997. Why do you want to know so much about Vtech cordless telephones?

I have a V_TECK telephone, I plug it into my cigarette lighter(when im not lighting a cigarette)....(its also plug and play). The V-Tek system works by engaging the vtech Final gear to the distributor terminals...this lubricates the clutch plate hence proving more Power. Too much Vtech lubrication can cause you to blow a solenoid gasket(located next to the fuel adapter); this can only happen with the b16f motors though.
good luck
