how do you set timing??? not so easy with this setup...

Default how do you set timing??? not so easy with this setup...

I have an h23a1 block with a h22a4 head. obd1 distributor and an aftermarket flywheel.
how can i set timing?
a vacume gauge is the only thing i can think of. I dont have a timing cover either.
its running on an obd1 ecu and its in a 98 ej civic.
any ideas would be great.

I have before, nobody has any ideas. this sucks, so hard to just guess base timing by twisting the dissy. BOOOOoO!!!!!
