how do you reprogram ecu's?

I wanted to start programing ecuz, does anybody know I would start doing this, and what equip. and programing abilities I should know?

between this and the info on the hondata site, you should have a lot of info to get started. Designing the actual programs to go on the chips is a different matter altogether. If thats what you want to do, hondata is your best bet, but I hope you have acess to a dyno to test the new settings.
