I wanted to order a sparco snap on harness for my 95 eg hatchback but the specific color combo I want only comes in the snap on version, I researched you need to mount "cotter pins" aka "eye bolts" to snap the belt on but does anyone know how I'm supposed to mount the "cotter pins" onto the correct positions to mount the belts?

I'm pretty sure that the 'cotter pins' are just inserted to make sure that the part on the left doesn't come apart after you click it onto the eye bolt. Are you just asking how to install the eye bolts (the thing on the right)? - Jim
