Default D16a6 burning oil! Help please

Hi all I got a 88 crx si and it's got a nice oil burning problem. Tested compression and it's good 152 152 154 152. Pcv valve is good just put new valve seals in and reseated all the valves and a new head gasket. I was thinking one or more of my oil returns in my head are clogged causing oil to fall thru the valves when they open so does anyone have a picture of where they are located? Any help is awesome

Oil in the head cannot get to the valves with good valve stem seals.
Probably just worn oil control rings.

True now that I think about it and I thought of that too I tried the mmo soak for 2 days nothing. Tried Berryman b12 soak for a while and nothing really also I put in 20w 50 and it burns just as much as it did with 10w 30 I also have a decent amount of mmo in my tank would that cause smoke? I'm sure it would but not this much I put maybe 3 cups into 4 gallons

I also took my header off and saw some oil or what seemed like oil on the ports

Also there's constant water coming from my exhaust tip
