Default How do you...

torque a bolt to spec? What is the cheapest tool you can get to do this? Thanks, I've been curious about this and I've looked through a couple of tool magazines in search of a blatant answer to my question but I've failed....

Thanks,
Chris

with a torque wrench. go to auto-zone and buy one.
you set the torque spec on the wrench, and start screwing it down. when you go to tighten it down the last few times, when she clicks, its to spec.

that easy.

I will second that method. Don't buy a cheap torque wrench.
