Default how do u chage the idel???

ok so i have a y8mani with a b16 TB. how do i change the idel?
my car stays at the right idel then decreases then eventually stalls

i know that on my TB there is a screw you can tune the idle with. why is is idling like that? what does it "rightly" idle at? how soon does it decrease and stall?
and also, whats wrong with the y8 TB?

unplug your air control valve and adjust your idle.
the screw is located on the top of your throttle body.
idle should be around 500-700rpm
