Just remove the forward and reverse gear change holders, and pull the gearsets and shift forks straight up.
The gearsets and shift forks come up as one assembly, but after that, the forks can fall wherever they want.

The speedo drive gear is missing. The bearing should be removed with a puller however some can be removed with screwdrivers IF your careful. What I would like to know is where the drive gear is
edit- i'm 99% sure the drive gears are all the same. Is it a cable or hydro b16 tranny?
