Default How do i get rid of CEL code 17 , 61 , 67 ?

i got a 99 honda civic ex, its bone stock as can be. i believe it does have a y7 block on it though..i dont know how? i guess previous owner did sumin? anyways, im throwin codes

. 17 - VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor
. 61 - Oxygen Sensor, Heated - Sensor 1 (Primary) high voltage, low voltage, or slow response
. 67 - Catalyst system Efficiency Below Threshold malfunctioning or defective catalyst system

im guessin i might need a new speed sensor cause my speedo USED to jump, it doesnt anymore though but i still got the CEL for it. I still have the stock cat on there, no muffler so i dont know how to fix the o2 sensor and the catalyst system **** lol. well if anyone has ever had these codes and figured them out, let me know! thanks! i want it legit before i can sell it you know lol

If you haven't yet, try clearing the codes and see what pops back up. Check the VSS wiring with a meter. Make sure there are no breaks or loose connections. Make sure the VSS is getting battery voltage. Check the resistance between the black wire and the battery negative terminal, there should be no resistance. Raise one front wheel of the car, block the rear wheels and put it in neutral. Turn the key to on, set a meter to 20v and pierce the VSS signal wire with the red probe. Wedge the black probe in the battery negative terminal. Rotate the wheel while watching the meter. It should switch between zero and five volts as you turn it. If it doesn't, replace the sensor. Don't worry about the O2 sensors until after you fix the VSS.
