Default transmission case wont sit flush..help

i have done this 3 time before and never had a issue like this.i am almost done with this transmission all i need is to get the case the go back on.its been day 3 on this tranny and still can't get it to sit flush.needless to say im fustrated..haha....my question is..is there a secret or way for the case to go on with little to no headaches?i know something is not lined up but just cant fingure out what since i cant see whats going on with the case on it


the parts marked in yellow all are line up correct.the one marked in red and green is what im not sure on how to get lined up...any advice would help thanks

the one marked in red you is supposed to have the bearing on it with an alignment washer on it, if it is not lined up right then it wont close. Try this link https://honda-tech.com/forums/transmission-drivetrain-127/b-series-transmission-teardown-rebuild-tutorial-2443459/

oh ya that link is for a y21 manual box but go 2/3rds down the page and you see the alignment washer.

i tried that yesterday and i was stuck just like i am now....i put the alignment washer and had it at 12oclock then put on the bearing.i was having a hard time putting the case on still.i even lube up the areas that makes contact with the shafts and case but still no luck...thanks man
