the one marked in red you is supposed to have the bearing on it with an alignment washer on it, if it is not lined up right then it wont close. Try this link https://honda-tech.com/forums/transmission-drivetrain-127/b-series-transmission-teardown-rebuild-tutorial-2443459/
i tried that yesterday and i was stuck just like i am now....i put the alignment washer and had it at 12oclock then put on the bearing.i was having a hard time putting the case on still.i even lube up the areas that makes contact with the shafts and case but still no luck...thanks man
