how do i adjust my idel?

i need to adjust my idel on my lsvtec. i am runnin a 2000 b16a2 head. could someone give me detailed instructions? thanks.

you adjust it by takin the scre on the throttle body and turnin it towards the firewall but you must pull the connector first . Buit id personally would just take it to a mechanic
