Default how to disassemble the head on a b18c

im trying to take the head off my motor but im not exactly sure how to. i have taken off the cam shafts and now im not sure what else to do in or order for it to properly come off please help. thanks

You need to remove both manifolds, distributor, ps bracket, coolant hoses, and head bolts. It would probably be a good idea to pick up a service manual to assist with torque specs, tightening patterns, and disassembly procedures.

is the motor out of the car?? if it is then its fairly simple, the head bolts are directly below the cams and cam caps down a half an inch or so. take the head bolts out 1/3 of a turn at a time in a criss cross patern. theres actually a proper patern to use, look around on the net youll find it

if its still in the car undo your exhaust mani an everything attached to your intake mani, or even jus undo the intake aswell. then do whats stated above.
