I just saved a few runs from around the block and can not open the file. I'm getting "Could not Open" error box

I hit "RECORD" and I would see the timer starting from 0. When I went to stop it I just went to "Save As" and saved it as a file. I wasn't sure if I needed to stop the datalog before saving it, so one time I went back to the "RECORD" key and pressed it to stop recording.

1) How do I open my datalogs?

2) What is the proper way to stop recording a data log?

I plan to add some pics to show the steps for the people like myself who are new to kpro.
