how to convert over to a 4 wire o2 sensor

just bought a 92 cx need to know how to covert the one wire sensor over to a 4wire o2 sensor

get the 4 doesnt matter which black, but 1 goes to ground with the green, other black tswitched power, and white to signal, simplicity...
