i just swapped in a jdm b16 into my 95 civ, and when i start my car when its cool it idles at 2500 rpms for a while then it jumps from 1500 to 2500 rpms for a while.i cant figure it out. i havent been able to find any vacuum leaks, so im lost. any suggetions?

 

If you have a tube like this, which has something to do with the cruise control, it needs to be plugged.

 

what else?

 

unplug the evap too.. which is on the IM.

 

Fast idle valve on the back of the intake manifold probably bad.
