Default Horn randomly goes off, even when driving.

Hey guys, need some help. My 2000 4cyl
accord recently started giving me a real headache. About 2 weeks ago my horn woke me and my neighbors up at 3am. Not the alarm, just a steady horn, no flashing light or anything. Pulled the battery cable. Following morning connected the cable, no issue. Went out that night, pulling into the parking lot horn goes off. I smack the horn pad and it stops. My first thought it must be a bad horn pad/airbag. Went to the junk yard, got a airbag, same issue, hence airbag was ok. From the looks of the wiring diagram the horn circuit is simple - pushing the horn pad completes a ground circuit to the horns. Next thought it must be something in the clock spring or connector - from the harness under the steering column cut and spliced the horn wire, ran a jumper wire from behind the airbag to the horn wire, not fixed. Forgot to mention, I swapped relays in the under hood fuse box.

Could really use some help on this guys! Thanks!
