Default viper 5900 horn problem

I 95 integra with viper 5900 with back up battery and tilt sensor. I hooked up a relay to the horn alarm wire to pole 85, ground to 87, 12 volts 86 horn wire to 30. I tested before I put everything back together and worked properly. Now my problem is when my alarm is trigered horn stays on even when I disarm it. Horn wire is also hooked up to my momo steering wheel I checked to see if the horn button is stuck and its not. When I started the car and put the horn fuse back in it was not going off, but when I pressed the horn button it got stuck on again. I wonder if the problem is even with alarm?

Ok, when I unhooked the horn wire from the steering wheel it works properly. When I hook it back up and triger the alarm it stays on. I just need to know what I need to do to make the horn work properly when hooked up to the steering wheel

Try it at the dash harness. Also swapp out the relay. Use a bosh or other good relay
