I cant rev match to down shift because when im in motion it stops at a secondary rev limiter at 5000 rpm...someone please help because this really sucks for daily driving.

Not sure I understand your problem.. The secondary rev-limiter is the full throttle shifting.. You need to set that to where your rev's meet for the next gear..

If 5000 is where you have it set and you're happy with that... Wire a switch in so you can turn the clutch switch activation on/off... Only use it when needed etc... If 5000 isn't your ideal shift point... change it...

I dont mean to jack this thread but this brings up another point..

Wouldnt it be better to make a clutch switch that turns on/off near where the clutch is fully depressed instead of pressed..

Meaning that if you use the clutch start button as a full throttle shift then you have to press the clutch all the way to the floor(just like your starting the car) in order to activate the WOT 2-step.. So there would be a delay between where the clutch start to release and then releases and where the trigger for the clutch is hit.. This also happens when you release it.. When you let off the clutch your motor will rev up a little until the clutch grabs..

If you put a switch where the clutch depress is at then when you press on the clutch a little you would activate the 2-step and when you release the clutch it would be fully engaged before the 2-step is deactivated..

Any insight on this????
