Problem mounting Hondata clutch switch

Problem mounting Hondata clutch switch
Okay, so i unscrewed my cruise switch and put in the hondata clutch switch in it's place. the problem i'm having is that the switch is only switched on or off right at the top of the pedal throw. My clutch, however, enguages about 1/2 way down on the pedal throw. So on full throttle shifts the car sits at the shift rev limiter even with the clutch enguaged, until my foot is complete off the clutch. This creates a bit of hesitation in some shifts, so it's almost like I need to relocate my clutch switch to somewhere else on the clutch pedal arm. Has anyone else had this problem, where did you relocate the switch to??

I had problems with mine working too. I actually replaced the switch up higher that allows the car to start when the clutch is pushed in. I swapped it out for the hondata switch and now I dont have to touch the clutch pedal when I start the car.
Im still having trouble using the full throttle shift feature. Maybe I just havent tried messing with it enough.
