i am interested in getting a stage 3 hondata, but then who around here can tune it really. if i get a VTEC controller and airfuel controller will that be enough. im gettin aftermarket cams (JUN3 package). what type of head gasket would be good, i have 11.5 pistons..
or would stage 2 be enough.

my buddy got the hondata 2b for turbo...hasnt put turbo on yet...but it came already pretuned for him, with a 4k launch limiter...its really nice...well worth the price if you ask me...and you can get them on group buys for about 500

i gotta question to add to this post if thats cool, is anybody running a hondata stage 2 or 3 w/their ls/vtec (11.5:1, itr valvetrain, p&P, etc...) chipping my ecu to the mugen proggy was my initial fix, but i want to know if it would be smarter to save for the hondata, thnks.

 

talk to alan ruanto. hes running an ls/vtec that i built for him.
with the hondata hes making about 190whp on stock gsr cams untuned.
