Default hondata with vafc

first off this is a NoOb *** question so dont shoot me. I have a s200 but i dont have a laptop..i want to monitor my rpms and was thinkin of pluggin my vafc back into it. would i run into any problems?

shouldn't be a problem if the VAFC is set to stock settings.

you can do this, just dont hook up the MAP sensor, this is how the vafc adjusts for fuel,

you can watch rpms, and whatnot, just dont let it be used as an actual controller

^ yea thats what i meant. If you jsut need it for RPM's then hook up just the RPM leads... otherwise just don't hook up the other things that do more than just piggy back a signal.

Ive a hondata stage 3 and a vafc. Only the display is working. I left the A/F and Vtec controller disconnected.

yea just hook up the power the ground the rpm signal and the tps signal
