Default Hondata trouble please help

I have the s200 system in my car and everything was working good until yesterday when I put in some rc 310 injectors. The light on the box is flashing fast and there is nothing on that in the manual. Could the injectors have anything to do with it cause I swapped the other ones back and they are running like crap now too and the light is still flashinf fast. I have tried resting the ecu.

sounds like a wiring issue. Just changing injecotors themselves will not have any effect on the chip in the ecu...it may not run the same since these are larger or smaller injectors though.

Ya they are the right kind (saturated). I called Hondata today and they said that there could be something wrong with the wiring but it was working fine before. It just seems weird that I put the injectors in and then the light starts flashing. I wonder if the ecu or the hondata box got screw up some how because even when I just turn the key to the on position it flashes fast.
