Default Hondata S200 Issue

Quick question.. Im running a Mildly built LSvtec on this program and its an obd2>obd1 with a p28.

Problem is for some reason I keep throwing a CEL with no code behind it.. The 02 is disabled and loop is closed. Usually it will turn on about 10-15 mins after driving and if I turn the car off and back on its cleared.

any ideas?? I posted on the hondata forum but didnt get very far. Im not sure if its the hondata itself or if its in my wiring harness somewhere?? Thanks in advance.

You need to check the error code while it is still there. Checking it after you have turned hte car off and back on will have cleared the code.

Ive checked it while the car is on. Still the same thing.. Both ways gave the same result.

If the chip was burned with an older version of romeditor it can happen. You will probably find the cel is an o2 error even if it is disabled.Have someone burn the chip with a later version and it should go away.

coolio! Thats what im pulling for, heading to my tuner in a couple days.

The wierd thing is it feels like its either scheduled when it turns on, or happens in certain areas of my drive to work and back. Even though I know its not the reasoning.

I'll keep you guys posted!

you need to check the code using datalogging....not the jumper method.
