wow i have the same problem. from 0 to 45mph if im pressing the gas the lights (headlights and interior lights) go dim and if i let off they get bright again. but if im going over 45 they are bright and dont go dim until i get under 45. my problem is my vehicle speed sensor. idk how that has to do with it but i put in a buddy of mines and everything was fixed. my car idled smooth and no wierd light dimming.
new VSS was 173$ at dealer. ouch
