hondata problem?????

someone help with hondata tunning problem
any one have a problem with their Hondata. I bought the Hondata for my
integra [ full skunk 2 head, skunk 2 manifold, JE pistons, eagle rods,
bored .30 over, with 310 injectors] i had it tuned and it did only 158 hp it
should be more near 190-200. What is happening is the VTEC is opening
up and makeing a whole lot of noise but on the dyno it falls on its face
making no power,so my friend told me it could be the Hondata. Any one
with a hondata and a similar setup please tell me if you have a problem
like that. fully built GSR=158 hp wow
