Default hondata problem

Ok so after I got the turbo installed and tuned everything was fine....few weeks later I am having a problem with the hondata. I think it just decided to drop my tune and say @@@@ me. It started doing the revving up and down thing again due to TPS which was fixed when I had it tuned and its starting to drive rough again like it did before the tune. I go to hook my laptop up to it so I can reload the tune and it wont even link up with my ecu now. I used to be able to plug straight in and it go online now it says it cant find it. Does anyone know what the problem could be thanks in advanced
