Its alittle bit above the full mark.

Is it bad ?

it depends how much is "a little over the full mark"

if it's 1-2mm over then its alright.......anything more you might want to drain a bit out.

or just drive it.......its a honda so it will just burn.

Didnt do the oil change...honda did it over a year ago.

oh, then if something happens, there fault, but if they did it a year ago.. and nothing has torn up yet.. its fine,, btw.. why has the oil not been changed in a year?

Dont drive the car much. Did less than 3K with it. Oil looks almost like new.
Anyways im scheduled for an oil change today .

a year is too long to wait for an oil change...regardless of mileage...you could develop some sludge.

It may not be their fault that the level is too high. Some of that may be raw gasoline or condensation (water). It is normal for a car that isn't driven often to have either in the oil. Take it for a long drive and any gas or water should boil off.

Correct me if im wrong but is it not 3000 miles OR 6 months for an oil change according to the manual
