Default Hondata newbie

Ok, I'm a newbie in the Honda world. I came from Mitsu, which doesn't have as many engine codes and is a little easier to tune (IMHO). Well, I've searched this site thoroughly (sp?) and I can't find the info I need on Hondata, and I can't even get it on their page. Someone I know told me that to get rid of my governor I would need either a hondata or aem stand-alone. Seeing as I don't want to pay 2 grand for the aem, I wanna go with Hondata. I have a 2002 Civic EX Coupe (1.7 litre). Like I said, I know next to nothing about Honda tuning, so my apologies if I am wasting your time. Thanks for any help I get!
