hondata chip burner?
just got my chip burner from moates.net, it copnnects to the usb port. when i try to transfer the info from my lap top to the chip (burn a chip) it says emulator error. I thought that i didn't need an emulator with the moates burner? i confused as **** now someone help. searches just confused me more
now the program isn't reading the usb drive, i went to my device manager and tried changing the com like it said, but still nothin, ***** pissin me off i'm about to sell this and get aem. please help, someone else has had to have had this problem to

Yes, but that is because of a driver conflict with my PLX WBo2 receiver. Try unplugging and reconnecting the burner while the PC is booted up to reinitialize the driver.

i think i'm going to get ahold of moates tomorrow when i get a chance, i've tried unpluging it, didn't work. its like it doesn't recognize that its in the usb port. i've reinstalled the driver multiple times and that also didn't help. I think its looking for the burner on one of the coms instead of the usb

Even though it is a USB device it still uses a com (communication) port. Check your com port settings in device manager.
