Sorry am repeating the question...I have a 1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass, 3.1 L Engine. Over time the coolant begins mixing with the engine oil creating that fine off white milky Goo that kills your engine if you continue running it.
This will be my third time rebuilding the top end and I prefer not to do it anymore!!!. That said, I previously used Permatex REd high Temp sealant with the gasket [Fel Pro]
and it's now leaking again...everyone I've spoken swears by Hondabond...But which Hondabond adhesive is best in my application? Thanks for any help. SKi

 

Have you had the heads checked to see if they're warped? If you keep blowing headgaskets, odds are your heads are no longer flat, and no matter what type of sealant you use... it'll never seal properly.

You need to have the head resurfaced to have any chance of it not leaking.

 

Intake manifold? If so the assembly will ALWAYS leak. It was a **** poor design. Use FelPro gaskets and proper torque and sequence and you should get roughly 7 trouble free years or so.
