Hey guys...i need help...my d16a6 motor wont go past 4500 rpm. It's not the distributor. Codes 7 shows but that shouldnt cause the car to lag. TA sensor is fine. Please help.

compression tested at 150 psi. all wiring checked and rechecked.
Si motor to DX hatch.

ole # 7. throttle angle sensor. does it flash a code 7 after you reset it? then start it up and if it starts flashing again after you press the gas ,thats what it is.

 

thanks for the input...im going to get my TPS sensor replaced since it only has two pronges insted of three. Thanks for the help.
