If you want them brand new, go to your Honda dealership. Prepare to spend an arm and a leg.

If you're willing to be more flexible about the "brand new" part, go to a junkyard and start chopping them off of a harness. Will cost a few dollars probably. I mean, they're not moving parts - they either work, or they don't.

If possible, solder the wires on, as opposed to ghetto e-taping them. It'll be worth it in the end.

aah... well, you could reuse your current connectors and wire them yourself. Even the professionals reuse the actual connectors. I had Dr. Tweak from Phoenix Tuning make my Celica harness and he asked for any old connections I had before he started. The work was impeccable.

If you don't want to solder the connections, the connectors themselves come apart by separating the clips, then you can pull out all of the pins and reassemble them. If you're thinking about making your own harness, I assume you are fairly competent at wiring.

What are you specifically trying to make a harness for?

try here man - https://honda-tech.com/forums/road-racing-autocross-time-attack-19/official-road-race-electrical-thread-info-questions-builds-only-2771547/

let me know if you find a source for obd1 connectors. I can't seems to find anything to replace the 2 pin connectors for things such as iacv, iat, ect switch etc. or the 3 pin connectors such as tps, map etc.

Also, problem with purchasing replacement pins is the minimum order quantity is usually 1000units

pm me if you have any luck with finding replacment connectors.

A buddy of mine pulled out the wireing harness and tryed to fix it but who ever had it be4 had the wires all messed up. Once we put it back in it would run only below 3500 rpms (in safe mode?) so i tryed to look what sensor we forgot but there was no sensor on the motor but there was a sensor thats just hanging in the engine by it self. JUST CANT FIGURE IT OUT????? So i buy a used wireing harness from the wrecking yard and install it. every thing matches up excepted the two wires for the starter.. and and a few other connectors on the driver side.the ls wireharness dosnt match up with the crxs main wires that go to the ecu. should i get all the wires that go to the LS MOTOR and ecu??? I try putting the black/red with the black/red wire n the black to black. but then when i go to start it. When u first turn over a key it should just turn on the radio and power but the car will be already turning over and if i reverse that it will turn over the normal way.. common man, years??? i don't think so. I found most stuff within an hour but that was info others have found. After that i couldn't be bothered looking anymore.

From memory there are only two different size pins so just depin a couple and compare to the dimensions given by the supplier.

way more than 2 sized pins ... more like 2000 from each manufacturer and 3 manufacturers are used on Honda harnesses. and thats a low number.. I posted the links to the OBD1,2 sensor female pins.. the male pins are the only ones I cant buy less than 50,000 of .

Google is your friend, maybe something here... http://www.google.ca/search?sourceid...+manufacturers

We always use new terminals when making or repairing wire harnesses, although I have reused old terminals, new ones are so much better/easier to use, a proper crimping tool, something like this... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...CBT0MV3J37YNPH makes the job quick and easy with no need to solder. 94

So far I've had the best luck with corsa-technic.com and mouser.com. I like to go to the junk yard and gather plugs, (rather than cutting I just bring a jewelers flathead screwdriver and Depin them there) I take them home and clean them with an SOS pad or electrical cleaner, and order pins and seals. Corsa sells ALMOST all of our engine sensor plugs. Including injectors for EV1, EV6, EV14, Bosch, Denso, and NV-1, they have the 2pin connectors for our temp and pressure sensors, IAT, EACV/Fast idle, and the 3pin for TPS/MAP, they have the 1pin Vtec plug, 4 pin O2, and several another similarly designed plugs in other pin sizes. They also carry male halfs for injector conversions. Corsa sells plugs in a kit (plug housing, pins AND seals) for 2-10$, as well as just pins and seals.
They even have the OBD0/1 alternator pins. (No seal or housing, but those are easy to find at the junk yard)

I do do the same with computer plugs, but if you can't find them at the junk yard or want new plugs and pins, mouser has plugs and pins.
